Applicants must have demonstrated financial need (as determined by the current year’s FAFSA) and a minimum 2.75 GPA or higher to apply. Preference will be given to female students studying electrical engineering, and to students who have overcome substantial educational or economic obstacles and who demonstrate high community engagement.
